咨询：DELL LAPTOP， insriron/600m 电源问题

家有一笔记本电脑，4，5年了。房子里所有的电源插孔都试过了，只有一两个插孔有电，还很不稳，有时行，有时无，换过一个adaptor,还是不管用。电脑的内置电池早就不行了，必须插电。

不知是电源转换器的问题还是电脑问题，请问有什么办法修吗？多谢了。
