请大侠们诊断一下我的viop是怎么了

VOIP设置是: : gv + ipkall + rynga

ipkall的号码已被gv确认.但我打 gv 号码时, 听到的是: To access your account, please enter your 4 digits pin.


为什么要登录我的帐户呀?我只是从我的手机打我的gv号码. 要输入哪个(gv + ipkall + rynga)pin啊?
