SIPURA set up question

Hi gurus,

I picked up an original SIPURA SPA1001 today. Now how to access the configurable interface?  I know this needs to be done on computer, I was looking for an IP address or something but unable to find it.  Can you point to me how to do it?

Also, I have a Google Voice number for incoming, which outbound number is the best value mainly to call China?
