verizon prepaid 手机 转 pageplus 问题

手机是verizon prepaid的,已经在verizon超过半年了,现在想转到page plus.
曾经在pageplus port in 了一次,好像没成功.
给pagePlus打电话也打不通.
verizon的状态是计划刚过期3，4天.
请教这种情况下怎么办最好?
