救急：误删50G文件，请教如何找回？

昨天误把两个文件夹命名为同一名字，按回车键后其中一个文件夹和子文件夹及其所有文件全部消失，约50G。

请教高手，如何找回这些文件？

尚未关机。

我用的是 Window Vista Home Premium, 64-bit Operating System.
