power for laptop

I have a HP laptop. The power converter: Input: 100-240v, 1.7A. The output: 18.5v-- 3.5A.
I also have another power converter for my previous toshiba laptop. The input: 100-240v--1.8A. The output: 19v--3.42A.

My question: can I also use the toshiba laptop power converter for my HP laptop?
