不是太可靠，偶尔一用可以。改改设置，多调试一下

FAX Passthru Codec: G711u
FAX Codec Symmetric: yes
FAX Passthru Method: NSE
FAX Process NSE: yes
FAX Disable ECAN

原来怎么都不行，后来，把FAX Passthru Method，从ReINVITE改成NSE后，我的SPA 1001发传真基本上都没有问题。

但同样设置，在SPA3000上面，发传真还是不行。后来把FAX Passthru Codec 的参数 G711u 改成G711a，马上解决问题了。
