网络电话出现问题, 哪一环failed?

我家的网络电话设自置完全参照fitwxc大师。SPA1001,GV->IPKall + voipdiscount. 一直效果不错，也没出过什么问题。昨天开始，电话拿起来没有声音。有时候拔掉电源再连接有时工作一会。有时候重设电源也没用。有时候不设电源它又自动好了.请问各位大师。这是的ATA的问题还是IPKallor voipdiscount的问题? Anybody experience the same problem? If it is ATA, what model would be the most ideal one to replace to?
