ALREADY upgraded to ie-8,

每次开启 ie-8， 都会跳出： welcome to ie-8,

然后 让你 upgrade/install ie8，

不得不 每次 turn off 这扇 windows

讨厌！

如何 一劳永逸地 解决 这个 麻烦？
