网络电话计划的选择问题

刚刚买了Sipura SPA1001 ATA。

1）打出：我一般美国国内每周最多打60-100分钟，从美国打中国每周不超过60分钟。VoipDiscount/nonoh/rygna选哪个好？

2）接入：好像是申请Google Voice一个本地号码，forward到上面1）中得到的号码上？ 或是要申请一个Gizmo5/IpKall/SipGate的账号，GV forward到此帐号上，而此帐号在ATA中设置接入？ 这些服务商哪一个好些？

不是很明白。望帮忙解答。多谢多谢。
