症状：
Microsoft Word频繁自动关闭，然后recover。于是我Uninstall Office,然后安装，但是把office安装盘放进光驱，很快就给出错信息：Windows Installer Error Opening installation log file.Verify that the specified log file location exists and is writable。

请您指点怎么办。多谢了。
