求教:哪里可以下载汉字单字语音库(一字即一文件)?

For example, word "哪" would correspond to a file say na43.wav (? not sure about sound file category and also not sure how to code it in HTML so that when clicked it reads "哪").

I am trying to create a web page for kids to learn Chinese.
