大家心情都好，班头慈眉善目不会批评我，所以我趁机八卦一个LOL

看楼下狮山开玩笑建议他朋友在四大工作的女儿找个有钱人，早早实现财富自由。我一边读一边笑，心想狮山的朋友可别把他的玩笑话当真，他自己对优秀女儿的要求可不是这样的嘻嘻

 

于是我跟了个留言如下，权当我的八卦

四大确实工资太低（对纽约的生活水准），投行在前两年也好不了太多（associates 以后会好点），所以那里的男孩女孩都蛮materialistic 的，做到三十出头开始挣大钱的男孩大多愿意找trophy wives, 讲得好听点就是所谓的“the streets meet the runway"......我觉得倒是那些少数单纯且独立意识强的女孩子可以遇到真正优秀和人品好的男孩。如果我有女儿，我一定会告诉她，我的爷爷在我还是初中生时对我说的这句话："don't marry a rich old man, but look for a young man with strong growth potential, and build your life with him!" 我爷爷是牛津的经济学博士，早年回国后娶了比他小20多岁的我的奶奶，在很大年纪才生了我父亲，他唯一的儿子，最小的孩子。哈哈，所以他对他的孙女说的话应该是金玉良言！
