due to the intervention in Venezuela, there might be short-term disruptions to exports and transportation which paralyzing Venezuelan oil exports, this most likely will cause pipeline challenges, in the short-term. I personally think the midstream firms' stock prices may drop (through the next few weeks...)
However, for long-term impacts, this event could open the door for US midstream pipeline and storage companies to invest billions in revitalizing Venezuela's infrastructures.... and catalyze long-term growth through reconstruction and expanded operations if Trump's efforts succeed. :)
