论坛管理的几点思考

新论坛成立一个多月了，有些波折是正常的，nothing sails smoothly.

提几点想法：

有不同投资理念和方法很正常，大家表达观点时本着理解和尊重的原则，注意tone, focus on投资而不是人.

另外奉劝那些想来搅局的，我职场20多年经历十几场政治斗争还没输过，外表平静但该决断时雷历风行当机立断决不手软，来10个马甲也没有用！

最后用最近写的一篇英文reflection与大家共勉：

The highest state of life is not about deliberately clinging to simplicity, but about embracing every moment with a calm heart and finding joy in every gain. 

What I truly want to express is that no one in this world sails through life without challenges or always gets their way. Some may not worry about money but face other troubles. At all times, maintaining a peaceful mindset, unshaken by honor or disgrace, is key.
