Disability coverage is designed to replace a portion of your income in the event you are unable to work due to an illness, injury, recovering from a surgery, or the birth of a child.

XXXXXX  is pleased to provide a Disability Plan, administered by ReedGroup, which includes both basic Short Term and Long Term Disability coverage at no cost to you. All benefit eligible employees are automatically enrolled in the Company paid Disability Plan.

 

If you would like to increase your Long Term Disability benefit, you can choose to purchase additional coverage through the Enhanced LTD Plan. See below for details on your plan coverage.
