should I put the one month experience in the background check fo

I recently got an verbal offer, and the company asked the third party do background check back to 7 years.. I have been working for only one month in one of Canada company, but I didn't put it in the resume..Shoud I put the one month exerience company in the background check form as well?

Should I follow all the information the same as in my resume?
