Job prospect for employee benefit tax - FAS 123R

Hi -

does anybody know about the job prospect for employee benefit tax? I did some FAS 123R work for stock options and liked it. I am thinking of transferring to the group specilizing in it. Just wanted to know if the career path is good. Also if I go back to China, can I use the skills there?
