昨天和妈妈通话说有年终奖新40万的单位

工作单位叫北京铁路建筑工程总公司。是一个小头头。不知这种单位属于国营还是半国营，反正不是私营。去年扛着40万现金回家说是年终奖。今年拿了一个存折，估计80万人民币。请问国内有这种单位会发这么多的年终奖吗？
