最近工作压力大,新到这个公司。Training中因为问过问题而遭白人同事白眼,所以不敢问太多问题,怕别人嫌我烦。

上周出了一个mistake, 当时我想自己可以handle就可以了,所以没问supervisor, 结果handle错了。
-- If you notice the supervisor, even the whole roof is down, it will not be your problem...
昨天manager给我发了一个memo, 意思是这个事情要放到performance file里,如果继续有此错误,就要up to termination of employment.
-- this is normal.
我想给manager解释一下,因为当初是她招我来interview的,我想我一定让她失望了。 的确是我的错,我也想倒个歉。但老公说没用,因为解决不了什么问题,而且越描越黑,还有推卸责任之嫌。
-- Communication is very important.
-- Yes, go to do the talk.
-- Then be sure make improvement.
-- After the talk, don't worry too much, you will be ok if you try to make improvement.
