       How to Make Fruits Jelly Cake如何做水果果冻蛋糕:  超级好吃的水果果冻蛋糕，风味独特，浓浓的椰香、甜酸开胃、清凉爽口，Q弹美味、简单易做。

准备食材：Preparing ingredients

 

1^st layer （Cookies layer）第一层 饼干层

巧克力饼干 Chocolate cookies 90 g

无盐黄油 Melt unsalted butter 40 g

 

2^nd layer （White jelly）第二层（白色果冻）

椰奶 Coconut milk 200 ml

牛奶 Milk 100 ml

鱼胶粉 Gelatine 30 g

白糖 Sugar 50 g(喜欢吃甜的朋友可以多加，You can add more sugar if you like it sweeter)

盐 Salt a little

 

3^rd layer（Transparent Jelly）第三层 透明果冻

凉开水 Cool boiled water250 ml

白糖 Suger 50 g

鱼胶粉 Gelatine 30 g

适量蓝莓 Blueberries some

适量草莓 Strawberries  some

泥猴桃 Kiwi 1 Pc

芒果 Mango 1 pc

盐 1 羹 Salt 1 Spoon

醋 1 羹 Vinegar 1 spoon

 

注意要点：

1、鱼胶粉不需要煮开，加热不要超过80度，否则凝固性无效。

 2、煮好透明果冻液，第一次加盖过水果就好，剩下的让水果稍微凝固后再加，否则水果会浮起来，
