超级腐败-龙虾刺身（HomeMade）（图）
龙虾三食-刺身，清蒸，Miso汤
菜名：
　　刺身龙虾
　　主料：
　　龙虾1只（重约1.5千克），生菜适量。
　　配料：
　　生抽、芥末各适量。
　　做法：
　　1、将龙虾头拧下，龙虾身用刀由两边切开，取肉。2、取龙舟一只，船身垫冰，生菜伴边。3、龙虾肉放在冰水里片刻，取出，批成片状，排放在龙舟上。[阅读全文]
