2. onebottleofmontrealsteakseasoning,$8/bottle?
腌猪排： 把整板的猪排用菜油、steakseasoning,耗油腌制2小时。注意，绝对不能cutporkrib,否则，水分流失了。本人及不喜欢老美的BBQ靠酱（太甜）。 
开烤，每面10分钟，大火，goldenbrown,千万别烧焦了。
