贴段音乐,一边做一边放松

 

发现随着年龄增长,身体柔韧性降低。如果不坚持做些伸展练习这筋就越来越抽抽,人感觉越来越皱巴。发点图片上来没事抻抻。每个动作数十下。

也可以坐在椅子上做。打电脑累了做几下会很舒服。

注意用力要柔和,不要来回猛压。 现在的目标对我来说不是提高而是保持身体的柔软度。给自己加油。贴完了,跟着做了一遍浑身很舒服。有点舒筋活血的作用啊:)
