May you invite all the states and even foreign countries to invest and build segments of the wall? They can be creative too on their segments, such as copying the Chinese brick wall, British stone wall, Jewish iron wall, G-bay barb wall, or inventing any cutting-edge-new air wall with tons of real money. Afterwards, they can allow weed in with their own tariff rules, and seed in with their own slavery laws, etc, and etc again. In a united single word, diversity.
