中年人健康评价的一个综合标准
下面是根据美国军队军官健康考察标准表中选取的中年人年龄段(40+)的部分。60+再往上没分组了,因为军官混到那岁数都退休了。。我多年来一直在比照这个标准。
三个项目,每个最高分别是60,20,20分,最高分要求的成绩列在每个年龄组的第一行。第二行是低健康风险段的下限。军官考核要求总和超过75分,如果三项都在下限以内就都超过了75分。
对于诸位运动达人,应该满分是不成问题的。如果您是整天坐办公室的(在这个坛子里不好意思出头发言的--COME ON,I KNOW YOU ARE THERE。。),锻炼锻炼达到低风险的线上面也应该很容易。
记住这一点,健康是一生要经营的事情,祝您不光现在,而且以后的每个年龄段都在达标的水平。
