方法: 一、海盐倒入锅中,加几粒花椒和八角,将盐炒香; 二、将虾用食物用的砂纸(parchment)包好虾只,我包成条状,两头折一下,防止盐大量流入虾内,这样会很咸的; 三、倒入炒过的盐的一半入生铁锅,再放上包好的虾; 四、倒入另一半盐在上面盖住虾只,不盖锅盖,直接放入烤箱烤20分钟450F; 五、烤好后拆开包装,虾便可摆盘开吃。 ![](http://pic90.picturetrail.com/VOL2214/12685298/22565082/375019809.jpg)
