从4月9日坚持到现在已经有一个多月啦！恭喜自己一下。我以后每个月会记录一次，看看我到底能坚持多久。
目前我每次做两组，一组包括15个仰卧起坐，8个引体向上，15个俯卧撑。

因为犯牙病了，我从5月15日开始停止锻炼，今天我拔牙了。停几天我又可以开始了。

家里前院大门只有两个遥控器，有点不够用，想多买两个给老人。于是就给electrician打了个电话，一问上个门$120，后面每小时$90,一个遥控器$80.合着加一个遥控器就要花$290.太贵了！我老人家还是自己出手吧！上google一查，有个网站叫magickey。卖remote,不过也要$60.于是我有跑到ebay上看看。WOW,看上去一样的remote，一个香港卖家只要$1.25,另加邮费$3.99.没说的，邮购了！等了两个多星[阅读全文]

据说钓鱼岛附近有气田，但目前日本是无法修海底管道去开采。反而是中国从03年开始开发春晓气田，05进入实质开采，450公里海底管道早已为宁波每天输送天然气910万立方米。东海舰队长期在油田海域巡逻，日本人只有干瞪眼的份。这次在9。18之前，抓了老詹就是想给中国一点颜色看看。这种勾当是非常的小儿科，childish.我还真不信他们能把老詹给怎么样了。
