舌头微麻/疼会是什么原因，有图慎入

舌头上的小突起有两处呈乳白色，左右各一处（图中画圈），有一周了，跟溃疡一样的疼，也是溃疡的一种吗？

舌头面上前三分之一感觉微麻，就像烫了后的感觉，但应该不是烫的，有差不多一周了，没留意根上面的疼是否同时出现的。唯一能想到的变化是换了mouth wash. 如果不是mouth wash 引起的，还会有什么可能呢？
