1，I’m with you on Lynch’s “100% invested, zero-cash portfolio” and Finerman’s “always long”. But I do treat my monthly job and real estate incomes as my floating cash flow and dry powder.... From time to time, such as lately , I’d sell a small portion of my ETFs to catch a few hard falling great individual stocks.
2, regarding your 6 categories, I usually don’t touch 1-3, as for the Asset Plays, ZM is a great catch, for its undervalued balance sheets, tho I don’t have much confidence in its leadership team's vision. If it's not taking too much of your time, would you please educate me from your perspective? Thanks.

4, my questions: (a) what’s your allocation of the above each category, and (b) may I know at what VIX level you’ll decide to free some cash for buffer purposes? or it doesn’t really matter to you, if so, why ?
