紧急求助 换title前发现严重问题是否能退还

刚买了个二手的奔驰e，162000迈，2750刀，今天本来想去换title,但是路上发现漏水非常严重，路过修车店，问了说是水泵坏了，需要多少刀不好说，要查，现在title还没换，但是那天是周末，在us bank做了卖主的签字公证，现在车还可以退还卖主吗？如果卖主拒绝怎么办？
