请教行家，哪种机油更适合我的车。

Amazon 上卖的价格也差不多。我的车是Passat , 2001 160K.

车手册推荐5w40机油，但说的很灵活，如果5w40 么有的话，用5w30.

所以这机油网站上，给我推荐了七八种机油，5w40, 0w40 and   5w30

我还是买5w40吧，老车还是用稠一点的机油。可这两种5w40, 我看不出有啥不同。
