请教各位：车子不能发动是怎么回事？

1998 mercedes benz c230,早上上班开出家门不到50米，感觉加油时，车子不能提速，到后来怎么踩油门车子也不走了，叫托车拉回家，发现fuel pump 连接fuel filter 的胶管有一个裂口，一旦试图发动engine就从裂口处喷汽油，去autopart买新的换上，不漏油了，现在是车子发动不着，不是starter 问题，因为engine转二圈就息火，请问各位能是问题？谢谢
