修车的人没经俺许可就动窗子，现在窗子拿手就能上能下，现用胶带固定着

靠司机的窗子一直有小问题（见下边英文），所以俺一直不开. 今天去修车是因为引警灯亮. 可是他没事动俺窗子，还说要修是２００刀. 现在窗子变糟了拿手就能上能下， 现用胶带固定着

2001 Toyota Corolla

The drivers side power window will lower with no problem. But when I press the switch to raise the window it only moves a short distance (less than an inch) By driving for a while and then pressing the switch it will again ries a little. I can continue to do this until the window has been closed.

I have a small toolkit for home use. Can I be able to open the door and try to fix it. How? Please help.
