车子怠速转速突然下降问题

请问各位大侠，最近车子在等红灯或者stop sign时踩刹车放在D上，怠速转速会突然下沉一下，大概从700 下降到500，然后又突然回到700，车身会颤抖，没有规律的出现。但是如果放在空挡N，转速会在高一点的位置大概800怠速，感觉不出这种现象。没有CEL，已经清理了mass air fow sensor， 换了air filter，车子是06年rav4 跑了11万公里。请问有什么原因可以引起这个问题。谢谢。
