Honda Accord 76k

请问各位大牛 几天前去敌乐检查车。被告知 oil leak on timing chain side of the engine. 另外还有right front upper ball joint/control arm getting loose. Need replaced 请问这两个问题严重吗？用马上修吗？。修车费用贵吗？。谢谢
