Problem for 2006 corolla transmission noisy in gear when car is

  I have a 2006 corolla (automatic transmission) with just less than 100,000 miles. Now it is just fall season and it is not cold outside yet. But after I start my car and put gear to D (drive) or back, I can hear noise. But no noise in P or N gear. After a couple of minutes, the noise goes away. Could anyone tell me what the problem might be? The transmission fluid is in normal level.
