车发动后有明显震动感，发动机灯也亮了，怎么会事？

今天出门开了不到２ｍｉｌｅｓ，在红绿灯前停下来时就发觉车身有震动感，不一会儿后发现发动机等亮了。这会是很大的问题吗？我才花了近六百元换轮胎，这要是有大问题，可是雪上加霜了！

ｔｏｙｏｔａ　ｒａｖ４，９９．很久没出过任何问题了。
