朋友开车撞到停车场的柱子， 咋整？ 谢谢建议！

车右前角灯下烙下个不小的 dent.  那玩意儿好像是塑料的？ nothing is broken.  灯无损。 2012 civic. 

 

insurance collision deductible $500.  纠结的是：

- 不知有必要 file claim w/ insurance?  I told him to get pre-estimation done at body shop.  but does he need to get 2nd, 3rd opinion of estimation at different shops?

- any tip to choose a good collision shop if he elects not file claim w/ insurance?
