Thanks for the advice. Given this lesson, I will definitely drive safely in the future.

Regarding hiring a lawyer, unfortunately here in my state, the lawyer charges more than $500/case. Do you think hiring a lawyer is better than paying for the tickets and take a driving classes to get the points off? My hu*****and tends to ask me not to hire a lawyer, since he can't see what are the benefits of hiring a lawyer in this case. Any thoughts are appreciated.
