1330有点多。你要想个好一点感人的理由。Did all state confirm they did not send you the letter 45 days before renew date? Do you have evidence?

你可咨询下当地的律师，或法坛的单身老猫。

那种public counselor 就像国内的公诉人。就是站在法官桌子左下角那个。因为除了你，要有一个People Vs. You,法官是最后裁决者。Allstate的代理人当然不会出庭。也没有警察。
