请高手看看, 这个O2 SENSOR 是不是完了?

2001 Camry, 200K. with P0420 code.

车行说要换CAT,$800北美国圆.实在不甘心,于是查了一下O2传感器. (CAT后边).

HEATER电阻14.2欧.在正常范围内.

传感器输出:800-900mV.如图所示:
