请教sienna 换车胎问题

四年新车，出maintain时，发现前braker已到Min, 车胎磨到2/32. 如果倆项都做，要近$1000. braker $320 左右， 车胎$650. 觉得braker很重要，就要求换了。问个车胎问题，车行有promotion, 买三车胎送一个，$142*3=426,但要做Balance 和 Alignment, 收费$190.请教是否一定要balance 和 Alignment??? 四年的车，每5000Mi定期保养。谢谢!!
