代友急问：菜鸟关于车保险的问题

最近好友家车子前后保险杠和一支tail light被擦坏（自己的责任，擦到墙），估价约一千多$完全修好。车子是全保，想用保险来修车，但又怕以后保险会涨很多，反而得不偿失。请问各位大侠如何决断？
