一个很傻的问题：汽车开冷气是耗油还是耗电？

前两周本地很热，搭某人车，她不开冷气，说费油。俺没敢接茬。俺一直认为冷气是用蓄电池的电。请高人给解释一下。_:$ _:$ _:$
