查买车成交价的网站

记得有这样一个网站，刚刚买了新车的人会把他们的成交价贴上去供大家参考。请问谁知道网址呀？

另外，现在想买新车，请问一辆新车的价格都有几部分构成？我只想要最最基础的搭配，怎么砍价呀？
