Cash for Clunker? More like Cash for Dealer

因为这个program, 突然dealer不给讲价了不说，还有$1500 mark up, 一分不讲，这还不说，这些还都是09年的车，9月份10年的车就要到货了。

算一笔帐。我们家的van kbb price $2700, clunker 给$4500 等于 多赚了$1700

好了，这样看,在网上做了一些research， 一般这辆车在invoice买到，有些300-700 below invoice也买到了。

就算invoice好了，和msrp差价$2000上下 + $1500 mark up = $3500

差两个月09 和 10年差价 = ？？？？

$1700
这个program到底是benefit了 dealer还是benefit了customer?!?!?!?!?!!!
