09年corolla LE $16500是好deal吗？

我前两天刚去的车行，09年corolla LE，dealer很轻易的说$17000以内没问题，我没有接着往下砍，但是我估计$16500应该没问题。大家觉得这个价钱如何？这个16500是出门价，包括了本地8.25％的税还有上牌费登记费等等。
