请教各位:今天晚上在fremont, 绿灯右转(允许的), 转完后

发现有camera 在闪光, 是不是被拍了, 允许右转的地方还会被拍吗? 如果来罚单一般会多久?(一个月?), 多谢各位宝贵意见
