如何教育teens自我接受

14～15岁，对体型外貌开始有自我贬低的倾向，总想把自己藏起来，其实总体条件并不差，但总是着眼于自己的缺点，大家遇到这种情况怎么办？有什么书适合家长看或者孩子自己看的？谢谢
